CHRISTIAN JR. ROBERT ORD MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

Shall be used for scholarships to the University of Kansas to deserving and needy men. It is my desire, however, and I so admonish the committee that the award be not merely a stipend but be adequate for some man or men, to attend the university who could not do so otherwise, and that if candidates of equal academic attainment be selected and a choice between them is necessary, that the candidate most in need be selected. Likewise, it would please me greatly if a man or men from Allen County were competing, and everything else being equal, that the man or men from Allen County be given preference.
