Ed Hall Memorial Scholarship

The Fund shall be transferred by the Association not less often than annually to the Williams Fund—Scholarships where it shall be used to provide scholarships for varsity football, basketball, or baseball athletes at the University of Kansas. In addition, preference shall be given to graduates of high schools in Kansas cities west of, or adjacent to, U.S. Highway 281.
