Marvin Harder and Joseph Harkins Scholarship

The Fund shall be used to provide scholarship(s) annually for one or more deserving career option students with high academic potential enrolled in the Master of Public Administration program at the KU Public Management Center in Topeka, Kansas. If a deserving student is not found at the Topeka Center, then the scholarship may be awarded to a deserving career option student enrolled in the MPA program on the Lawrence or Edwards campus. The award(s) recipient(s) and the amount of the award(s) are based on merit and need.
