The amounts of the scholarship awards and the recipients thereof shall be determined by an appropriate committee selected by the Student Involvement and Leadership Center (SILC) in cooperation with OAS and SFA. If SILC ceases to exist, the administration of the fund and the recipient selection process will be managed by the office or department at KU with oversight of GLBTQIA clubs and organizations. The committee shall advertise the availability of the scholarship to potential applicants, including incoming freshmen, and to that end, shall so notify all Kansas high schools in the appropriate manner.
