ALLFORD ALLAN AND DEBBIE MERIT_SCHOLARSHIP

This fund shall be used to provide an annual $5,000 scholarship for a student who is a Kansas resident and who qualifies based on academic merit to receive a scholarship at the University of Kansas. The amounts of the scholarship and the recipients thereof shall be determined by an appropriate committee approved by the Chancellor.
