Fleeta Penn Cole Memorial Scholarship

Fund shall be used to provide scholarships for deserving students at or entering the University of Kansas who are graduates of high schools in Reno County, Kansas. The recipients shall be selected on the basis of academic achievement and must have at least a 3.0 grade point average. In addition, they must exhibit financial need. Preference shall be given to those students who are graduates of high schools in western Reno County, Kansas.
