LINENBERGER-DACEY DEI STUDENTENRICHMENT

This fund shall be used to provide support and enrichment opportunities for students in the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences at the University of Kansas. To assist the University of Kansas in building the diverse community that is essential to achieving its stated mission, the University may select recipients based on criteria that will contribute to the diversity of the student body. If the University determines it appropriate to consider for purpose of diversity, race, and gender may also be a factor, but it will not be dispositive of a decision. It is the donors’ wishes that these funds shall be used to support students from underrepresented minority backgrounds. Acceptable use may include but is not limited to; support for study abroad expenses, support for research or internship experiences, or assistance in paying university fees, books, or fines. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon the recommendation of the Executive Dean of the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences with the approval of Endowment.
