This fund shall be used to provide scholarships for students in the form of need-based grants in accordance with University of Kansas criteria in the School of
Business Accounting Department at the University of Kansas. The amounts of the scholarship and the recipients thereof shall be determined by an appropriate
committee approved by the Chancellor
