Delmer and Ruth Harris Family Scholarship

This fund shall be used to provide scholarships for students enrolled at the University of Kansas who are graduates of Concordia High School residing in KU Student Housing. Preference shall be given to scholarship hall residents at the University of Kansas. Along with their application, students must complete a short essay with the topic to be determined by KU Student Housing in accordance with its existing application process. It is the donors’ intention that the Delmer and Ruth Harris Family Scholarship be provided in addition to any scholarship package awarded by the University of Kansas based on academic performance. The amounts of the scholarship and the recipients thereof shall be determined by an appropriate committee approved by the Chancellor.
