SOBEK SALLY ZHANG

This fund shall be used to provide direct financial support for Ph.D. graduate students in the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology in the School of Pharmacy at the University of Kansas. Preference shall be given to students from Sally Zhang Sobek’s hometown, which is Dachang District, City of Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, People’s Republic of China; if there are no qualified candidates from Ms. Sobek’s hometown, second preference is for any qualified student from the People’s Republic of China. Support may include, but is not limited to, scholarships (tuition and fees), fellowships and research assistantships. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon the recommendation of the Chair of the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology with the approval of KU Endowment.
