GIBSON HARRY AND BECKY ENGINEERING SCHOLARSHIP

This fund shall be used to provide one annual scholarship (up to full tuition and fees) for a mechanical or chemical engineering student who is a U.S. citizen, at a junior level or higher, who is pursuing studies for a career in the hydrocarbon energy (oil and gas) industry. The student should be in the top 50% of his/her class, and have demonstrated financial need. When there are sufficient funds to support full tuition and fees for more than one student, then additional funds may be awarded as noted above. Scholarship recipients shall be determined by an appropriate committee approved by the Dean of the School of Engineering.
