HERRMAN OSCAR CHARLES SCHOLARSHIP

This fund shall be used to provide scholarships for students with financial need majoring in foreign languages in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Kansas. Amounts of the scholarship and recipients thereof shall be determined by a committee approved by the Chancellor.
