Frank A Russel Engineering Scholarship

This fund shall be used to provide undergraduate or graudate scholarships for students with academic merit and need in the School of Engineering at the University of Kansas. The amounts of the schoalrship and the receipients thereof shall be determined by an appropriate committee approved by the Chancellor.
