Null Family Scholarship

This fund shall be used to provide three, $2000 scholarships for students with financial need in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Kansas who are at risk of not continuing the educational programs because of tuition balances. It is the expectation of the donors that the retention scholarships will be used for high risk, high need undergraduate students. The goal would be to provide last resort funding so students with a reasonable chance of graduating can complete their undergraduate degrees. The awardee will submit a brief explanation of their circumstances and why this scholarship is helpful. Theses letters the University would forward to the donors. It is the donor’s wish that the fund be completely expended every academic year. The recipients thereof shall be determined by an appropriate committee approved by the Executive Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
