Koch Business Scholars Fund

“The fund will be used to provide scholarships to full-time Junior and Senior level students properly enrolled in the University School of Business (the ""Fund Purpose""). Up to eight (8) scholarships will be awarded annually, with each recipient receiving a $5,000 scholarship that, subject to the recipient meeting the eligibility requirements described below, is renewable one time per student.
An applicant for a scholarship awarded from the Fund must be a United States citizen or permanent resident, have a minimum 3.4 GPA and be a full-time undergraduate student (rising Junior) properly enrolled in the School of Business and in good standing at the University. Preferred majors within the University’s School of Business are: Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, and Supply Chain Management. A preference will be given to those candidates with demonstrated leadership and/or service experience in a student, professional, educational, or philanthropic setting. In all other respects the scholarships from the Fund will be awarded without restriction to race, gender, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation or disability. The recipients of the scholarships shall be determined by the scholarship selection committee for the University’s School of Business, which selection committee is comprised entirely of faculty and/or staff of the University and/or KU Endowment. Students will complete their application during the Spring semester of their Sophomore year."
