GRADUATE STUDENT EMERGENCY

The fund is to assist graduate students affected by unforeseen financial circumstances that might prevent the successful completion of a graduate program. Applicants must demonstrate financial hardship resulting from an emergency, accident or other unplanned event. All master’s and doctoral students currently enrolled in a degree program on the University of Kansas Lawrence campus are eligible to apply. The fund shall not be used to cover tuition costs. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon the recommendation of the Dean of Graduate Studies with the approval of KU Endowment.
