Donald R. Simms Scholarship

This fund shall be used to provide scholarships for male undergraduate students with financial need in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Kansas. Preference shall be given to graduates of Ottawa High School. If Ottawa High School ceases to exist, preference shall be given to male students from a Franklin County high school serving the residents of Ottawa. The scholarship is to be awarded to one student at $2,500 annually, and the recipients thereof shall be determined by an appropriate committee approved by the Chancellor.
