Richard Chesney Scholarship

The Fund shall be used to provide scholarships for graduate-level students at the University of Kansas pursuing the Master of Public Administration degree in the Department of Public Administration at the University of Kansas. A preference shall be given for graduates of Kansas high schools and to individuals of a racial minority, based on need.
